Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy

At EthicalGrow, we provide immediate access to digital courses and training material upon purchase. Since digital products cannot be "returned" like physical goods, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is made.


2. Why No Refunds? (Commission Distribution)

EthicalGrow operates on an Affiliate Marketing model. When you purchase a course package, a significant portion of the course fee (up to 90%) is instantly distributed as commission to the affiliate (the person who referred you) and their uplines.

Important: Because these commissions are paid out immediately and cannot be recovered from the affiliates, it is technically impossible for us to process refunds for students.

3. Exceptional Cases (Double Payment)

The only exception to this policy is if you have accidentally made a double payment for the same course due to a technical error.

  • In such cases, you must contact our support team within 24 hours.
  • You must provide proof of both transactions.
  • After verification, the extra amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

4. Account Termination

If any user is found trying to manipulate the system, initiating false chargebacks with their bank, or engaging in fraudulent activities, their EthicalGrow account will be permanently suspended without any prior notice, and all earnings will be forfeited.
